Project Selection

HeNN invites feasible project proposals aligned with its mission, covering key components such as the project’s goal, scope, and geographical location. The proposal should detail the demography, socio-economic indicators, and the necessity of the project. It must outline objectives, stakeholder involvement, an operational plan post-commissioning, and expected beneficiaries. A comprehensive implementation plan should include activities, a timeline, logistical considerations, stakeholder consultations, and necessary consent letters. Additionally, the budget must present cost estimates, quotations (if applicable), and financial feasibility. Sustainability should be addressed through institutional arrangements, monitoring, reporting, and provisions for repair and maintenance to ensure long-term viability. If you are a member, and you see a potential project where HeNN-Sweden’s contribution will be appreciated, please contact us. Figure below shows the work flow of the project life cycle.
